Early Voting is Underway in Cass County

February 18th is the last day we can accept a request to vote by mail in the March 1 Primary Election. Those who are 65 and older, disabled or those who will be out of the county during early voting and election day can vote by mail. APPLICATION FOR BALLOT BY MAIL:
This office only sends an Application for a Ballot by Mail when requested. Political candidates, political parties and political organizations send application to those who are 65 or older whether they requested it or not.
Early voting in person will be February 14-18 and 22-25, 2022, 8 a.m .to 5 p.m. in Linden at the Voting Building and in Atlanta at the North East Texas Property Management Building (old Horne Enterprise building)
This is a primary election, meaning you will be asked if you want a Democrat or Republican ballot.

There are no local races in the Democratic Party.

Voters can also obtain a sample ballot from our office which is located in the Historic Courthouse in Linden.
