Billy Hipp, 75, of Queen City, Texas passed away on February 20, 2022 in a Little Rock, Arkansas hospital. Mr. Hipp was born March 12, 1946 in Fountain Hill, Arkansas to Benjamin “Bud” and Maggie Mae Hipp. Billy retired from International Paper, was a faithful member of First Baptist Church in Queen City, and loved to raise and show beagle’s.
He is survived by his loving wife, Elaine Hipp of Queen City, TX; three daughters, Ronni Henrico (Joel) of Atlanta, TX, Bobbie Erwin (Mike) of Mineral Springs, AR and Dee Dee Bush of New Castle, DE; two brothers, Benjamin Hipp (Marilyn) of Queen City, TX, Pat Hipp (Annette) of Louisiana; 10 grandchildren, Zachary Hancock (Faith), Racheal Lotz (Titus), Jessica Ellison (Levi), Jenna Reid, Cody Henrico (Kyra), Michael Henrico, Evan Erwin, Shane Bush, Aaron Bush, Maggie Bush; 4 great-grandchildren, Aubree Murcheson, Judah Lotz, River Henrico and Daniel Ellison and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Benjamin “Bud” and Maggie Mae Hipp; siblings, Madeline Fricke, Helen Denson, Fred Hipp, Joe Hipp, J.W. Hipp, Marilyn Sides and Doris Ballard.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, February 24, 2022 in the Hanner Funeral Service Chapel, with Bro. Billy Rex Sheets officiating.
There will be a time of visitation from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Queen City Cemetery.
