Clinton Eugene Stiger, born November 28, 1970, in Atlanta TX, passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at Christus St Michael’s Health System in Atlanta TX. He was 52 years old and a resident of Texarkana TX.
Gene is preceded in death by parents Dave Stiger and Margaret Ree (Washington) Stiger. He is survived by daughters Shanterria Allen of Lompoc CA and Miyona Ervin of Richmond TX; brothers Johnny D Stiger and wife Donna of Amarillo TX, Dave Raymond of Texarkana TX, Earnest Earl Stiger and wife Regina of Queen City TX, Ricky Lenard Stiger of Queen City TX, Tony Stiger of Atlanta TX, Elbert Wesley Stiger of Linden TX; sisters Mabel Ann Owens of Atlanta TX, Margaret Kelly and husband Jerrald of Linden TX, and Winnie Green and husband Keith of Linden TX; grandchildren Madison Turner and Serena Davis; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and dear friends.
As far as a car, softball, hunting, or fishing, you had those aspects sealed up. These four things took you to many places around the world, and you made a lot of friends. Whether it was a car problem, or to just sit and talk, you were always one call away. Nobody could handle a horse the way you did, and you took pride in every animal you kept. You had 52 years of greatness, and we are going to make sure your name lives on, especially through your daughters. Life here on Earth is no more but I know you’re in Heaven, messing up someone’s car. We are going to miss you dearly, but we are glad the suffering is no more. I know you’re in Heaven with your parents smiling down on us.
Rest easy, we will be okay down here.

Mr. Stiger will lie in repose on Friday, February 3, 2023, from 10:00am-4:00pm at Queen City Funeral Home in Queen City TX.
